All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited, high-demand nature of our curated inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage you to review all product photos, condition notes, and descriptions before completing your purchase. Have a question? Reach out to us prior to checkout — we’re happy to provide additional details to help you shop with confidence.
For Accepted Returns:
We take authenticity and accuracy very seriously. If you believe your item has been misrepresented, you must contact us within 24 hours of package delivery. In rare cases where a return is approved, it will only be accepted if:
1. Security tag is still attached
2. Item is in its original, unworn/unused condition
3. If the tag is removed, tampered with, or reattached, no return will be granted.
Our Buyback Program
While we do not offer traditional returns, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be quite right. As a courtesy, StylesAesthetics offers a Buyback Program for select items originally purchased through StylesAesthetics.com or our official Whatnot store.
How It Works:
If your item meets our eligibility requirements, we may offer to buy it back at a percentage of the original purchase price. Buyback values are based on fair resale value, minus handling and processing costs.
Eligibility Criteria:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

The item must pass our inspection and authentication process.

Jewelry, accesories, and final sale items are not eligible.
⚠️ Buyback offers are discretionary and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline based on item condition, category, or customer history.
All approved buybacks are subject to our Consignment & Sales Agreement.
If Approved:

You will receive a prepaid shipping label.

After inspection, approved items will be reimbursed via store credit or original payment method, depending on the case.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed due to our rapid processing times.
Rare exceptions may apply for:

Returning customers with a strong purchase history

First-time Whatnot buyers (per Whatnot's platform policy)
